We can offer appointments with a GP or with another member of our team, including a Mental Health Worker, Pharmacist or Social Worker. Our receptionists are trained to help direct you to the most appropriate member of the team. We are a teaching practice and have medical students and trainee GPs with us too. 

The Treatment Room no longer requires pre booked appointments - please feel free to call in at a time that suits you once asked to do so by the practice.

If a patient is housebound and may need a visit, please ring before 11am.

Please ring after 10 am for routine matters, such as results. This allows our staff to prioritise appointments early. 

Please note, our front desk is closed between 12-13:15 and after 17:30. 

Please allow 72 hours after requesting a prescription for us to have it ready for you.

We are using a new computer system. We will set up the online prescription service again as soon as we can.
